ABOUT US

Our Talent Development Program consists  of a group of like-minded creatives joining forces to produce inspiring and intriguing pieces of work. Our goal is to provide a positive and stimulating environment to encourage the growth and development our members and to nurture and promote local talent. The board is comprised of Kai Jolley, Colin Bordley, Phil Perez, Lorna Gibson & Alex Movinsky. Individuals with  industry knowledge and experience. Working together to create opportunities for talented locals to gain experience and share their work and stories through the creation of film.

WHY OUR TALENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM?

We are a team producing vibrant, exciting work reflecting our unique combined talents. The “initiative model” helps all those involved in the community to access a strong team involving all the production elements. We work to the same objective and our success comes in our numbers and pool of talent. Creating a supportive environment that engages local film and television creatives, keeping them updated with industry developments and creating opportunities to develop skills and careers. We offer an outlet to allow creativity to flow in a safe and productive environment, working with others on the same journey.
